HSE Manager

We are looking to engage the services of an experienced HSE Manager.  You will provide starategy, direction and representation on al HSE matters by leading and developing a positive HSE culture.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:-

  • Implementation of H&S procedures and arrangements.
  • Ensure provision of the HSE plan and undertaking of HSE audits.
  • Responsible for supporting the team by providing advice and guidance on all HSE matters.
  • To establish and provide KPI and best practice information.
  • Increase awaareness of all HSE matters.
  • Liaise to ensure appropriate HSE training and development is in place for all project team.
  • To provide support for regulatory agency and interface as required.

Qulaifications & Experience

  • Typically 5+ years HSE experience.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH certified.
  • Operational knowledge of CDM Regulations

You will come from a construction background and have HSE Management experience.  This is NOT an advisor role.  You will have the ability to lead, motivate and communicate, someone who can lead safety onsite and drive continous improvement into the process.
