We are looking to recruit an experienced consultant to join our expanding team. You will have engineering recruitment experience with a proven track record of success within this industry.
Your duties will include, but not limited to: -
· Hit and surpass company agreed financial, activity and sales targets.
· Develop sales opportunities within the core business areas through various mediums.
· Identify business with local clients and provide a time and cost effective recruitment solution from sourcing candidates to implementation.
· Introduce a permanent recruitment process.
· Identify and recruit key personal to fill client roles.
· Account Manage key clients.
· Maximise Business with Existing Clients.
